Further Public Offer consisting of fresh issue of 24,99,600* equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("equity shares") of Madhav Copper Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. (*) per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. (*) Crores (the "issue").
